First tight end to lead the league in receiving touchdowns in 2011. Finally, most receiving yards by a tight end in a single season in 2011: 1,327 yards.
Why I would admire Gronk is because if you’re a Patriots fan he is a man that should be well respected. Even if you are a football fan. He is an amazing player. He has done a lot of damage to every team that has faced him. Like I said before, I believe Gronk and Brady led the team to the 2011 Super Bowl. Even if they lost, he had an amazing year. He is “the face of the franchise” as people would say. He is a well-respected man and does a lot of things for the people of New England. Rob Gronkowski in the 2011 playoffs after safety Bernard Pollard came down hard on his left ankle bending in the wrong way, Gronk stepped up. His ankle required surgery, but showing his never give up attitude he went on to play the Super Bowl only 2 weeks later. Although he only played for 7 snaps over the entire game, he showed his both mental and physical toughness throughout the game. Rob Gronkowski has been the host of variety of charity events. From the Boys&Girls Club to the American Cancer Society. Those are many reasons why people should admire this man.
